Bring your baby and join us for a free workshop.

Find out how much milk your baby is getting with pre and
post feed weight measurements.

A Certified Lactation Educator will be here to answer your questions, and meet other moms that are breastfeeding!

2 hour class. $45 per couple.

This class will provide women planning to breastfeed with
an introduction to the basics of breastfeeding.

Partners are encouraged to attend.

The classes will provide: Guidance to help you and your partner prepare for breastfeeding, the “how to’s” of breastfeeding with an opportunity to practice different breastfeeding positions, tips on how to know if breastfeeding
is working, and coping in the early days postpartum.

1 hour personalized class. $45 per couple.

This hour long class will teach you how to perform CPR
on an infant, learn what to do when your baby chokes,
and an overall look at baby safety in your home.
